We work with you to identify your needs, your medium and long term goals and educate you on the loan market so you know exactly what your options are when borrowing. This may be done on the phone or via video conference.

1) Initial Consultation

Stage 1 - What we will discuss.

We will have an initial chat about your financial needs and objectives. This usually is done over the phone.

We will only ask some basic personal and financial questions.

We will ask for your permission to proceed and commence the Information Gathering stage.

We will start to send detailed emails with instructions for you to action.

We use state-of-the-art technology to assist us gather the information required to successfully prepare a loan application. Getting it right the first time is the key to financing success.

2) Information Gathering

Stage 2 - What will I need?

A PC or Laptop with audio and a video camera for video conferencing.

A PC based version of Microsoft Excel 2010 or later and a PDF Reader.

Printing and scanning capabilities.

Internet Banking access and the Usernames and Passwords for each financial institution where you hold accounts, loans and credit cards.

A willingness to provide us with all of the information we request.

We have access to over 30 lenders and other service providers. Each have their own policies so it is our job to determine which lender will actually lend you the money you need based on your individual circumstances.

3) Assessment & Research

Stage 3 - What we will do.

We will start to research the various lenders that we are accredited with based on your needs.

We don't just look at interest rates, we need to ensure that the lender will assess your application favourably.

It's not all about the interest rate.

Once we have compared several lenders, we will produce a Product Comparison which will form the basis of next discussion.

Once our research is done, we will provide you with a choice of different lenders who we believe will approve your finance. We will present these to you and make our recommendations. Focussing on the lender who is most appropriate.

4) Our Recommendations

Stage 4 - What we will do.

Our recommendations include comparisons of:
- Interest Rates
- Fees
- Product Features, and
- Overall Costs

These are presented in table format and are easy to understand. We will walk you through each product.

Together, we will choose the lender and product that is "not unsuitable" for your needs and objectives.

Once we have all decide on a lender, we will issue you with a Product Disclosure Statement and submit the loan application. Once submitted, we monitor its progress and follow up daily until a decision is received.

5) Loan Submission

Stage 5 - What happens now?

At this stage, you will sign your Loan Application either at a face-to-face meeting or electronically.

We then submit your application with all supporting documents provided for approval

Your Lender's decision will be based on their current lending policies. They may require further information at this stage.

We will keep you informed of progress.

If approved, we will deliver loan documents for you to sign either electronically, via Express Post or in person, handle all the paperwork and ensure everything runs smoothly right up until settlement.

6) Loan Approval

Stage 6 - What happens now?

Your Lender will issue Loan Documents for you to sign.

We will deliver these documents either in person or electrically for you to sign.

We will then return then to your Lender via Express Post.

We then follows up receipt by the bank and liaise with your solicitor (if you are purchasing) to arrange settlement.

Congratulations, your loan has settled and you now have the funds to achieve the goals and objectives identified in our initial discussion and throughout the loan process. Thank you for using our services.

7) Loan Settlement

Stage 7 - What happens now?

Most importantly, we celebrate!

We will meet to finalise any loose ends and answer any questions that you may have.

We'll review the products we have provided and ensure that things like Internet Banking are accessible.
